Data Protection Notice & Core Consent

This session is part of an early-stage prototype test. Before you continue, please take a moment to read how we handle your data.

Who we are:

We are SightForge: a private, early-stage product team developing a knowledge learning platform. This survey is used solely to test our prototype methodology. It is not a commercial product. For any data protection questions, contact us at: sightforge.collective@gmail.com

What data we collect:

In this session we may collect:

1) Your written responses to session questions 2) Optional demographic information, if you choose to share it 3) Your email address, only if you voluntarily provide it for follow-up

We do not collect sensitive personal data: no health, political, religious, or financial information.

How your data is used:

Your responses are used exclusively to:

1) Evaluate and improve the structure and quality of our prototype sessions 2) Analyse how questions and insights are perceived by participants 3) Inform further product development

Your data will not be used for marketing, advertising, or shared with any third party for commercial purposes.

Data processor:

This survey is hosted on Tally (tally.so), which processes your responses on our behalf. Tally operates as a data processor under GDPR. Their privacy policy is available at tally.so/privacy.

Storage & retention:

1) Your data is accessible only to the SightForge product team 2) It will not be shared with third parties 3) It will be retained for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted or anonymised

Your rights:

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: sightforge.collective@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Your legal basis:

Your data is processed on the basis of your freely given, informed consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Participation is entirely voluntary.
