Insider Match – Coach Application Form

Thanks for your interest in becoming an Insider Match coach.

Insider Match connects candidates with professionals who are currently working in the roles, firms, and sectors they are targeting. We offer three services: CV Strategy, Interview Coaching, and Mock Interview.

This form helps us understand your current role, relevant experience, and the areas you can confidently coach.

Please read before starting:
1) Coach profiles are anonymous by default. Your real name will not be shown publicly or shared with candidates unless you agree. Insider Match will verify your identity privately, while your public profile may show your current firm, function, seniority and relevant experience so candidates can understand your background. 2) If approved as a coach, you will be assigned a unique alias (for example: Cedar, Rowan, or Meridian). 3) Insider Match is coaching only. Coaches must not provide referrals, guarantee outcomes, or share confidential employer information. 4) Coaches may be re-verified every 3–6 months to confirm continued employment and role relevance.
