Artist Career Lab A&R Bootcamp with KYLE

A&R feedback changes everything.

When someone who actually knows what they’re doing listens to your music and shows you how to get better—your entire direction & understanding of your music shifts. And making great music is the singular thing that breaks artists. It's the most important piece of every artists puzzle.

In our Bootcamp, for 6 weeks, you’ll work directly with KYLE—the platinum artist behind "iSpy" ft. Lil Yachty, "Hey Julie", and some of the most culturally defining melodic rap/pop records of the last decade—and Andre Herd, former VP of A&R who’s helped shape multi-platinum projects and develop artists at a Grammy-nominated level.

Together, we’ll help you tighten your songwriting, sharpen your production direction, and get the clarity every artist needs but rarely receives.

This is a focused, high-impact program built for artists who are ready to take their music seriously. Only 24 artists are accepted, because the goal is to actually move the needle and give individualized attention—not pack a Zoom room.

Each week, we’ll jump on a 90-minute group zoom, listen to your songs, break down what’s working, what’s not, and give you the exact guidance that can get you to the next level. The focus is A&R, but at ACL we take a holistic approach—so you'll also get guidance on your socials, release strategy, & community/fanbase building along the way.
