Thank you for helping test AestheTracker. Feedback is voluntary, but always appreciated. Bug reports, confusing moments, visual or wording issues, data concerns, feature and improvement ideas, responses to beta testing prompts, and general observations are all useful—even if you are not sure whether something is technically a bug.

Please submit one main issue, idea, or observation per form so it is easier to track and resolve. Most reports should take about two minutes.

Before you submit

AestheTracker records and screenshots may contain sensitive personal information. Please crop, blur, or cover faces, names, provider information, treatment details, purchase details, and anything else you do not want included in a feedback report.

Do not use this form for urgent medical questions, suspected emergencies, or requests for treatment advice. AestheTracker is a personal record-keeping and organizational tool—not a healthcare service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, safety clearance, or emergency guidance.
