South Africa–Zimbabwe Cross-Border Courier Research

I'm conducting research to understand how people currently move goods and parcels between South Africa and Zimbabwe. I'm particularly interested in learning from people who actively transport, send, receive, or coordinate cross-border shipments.
This is research, not a sales pitch. I'm trying to understand how the process works today, what people experience, and how they currently deal with challenges.
