Which track would you like to join?

INFRA — build a gateway that lets us plug new communication channels into our helpdesk system quickly. Output: a working gateway infrastructure.

CHANNELS — build connectors to different messengers and other communication channels. Output: working connectors that receive messages and pass them on to the gateway.

DATA — analytics and clustering of incoming requests with proper anonymisation. Output: a dashboard prototype, data pipeline, clustering logic, and first visualisations.

HACK — experimental anti-censorship solutions: mesh, steganography, protocols, patches for messengers and libraries, alternative clients. Output: a proof of concept, app, patch, prototype, or a technical experiment.

MEDIA — how-to materials and creative ways to distribute the solutions. Output: a campaign concept, a landing page, a guide, visuals, or a distribution scenario.
