Please ensure that you have chosen the correct form. Once you have submitted the form, please check your e-mail inbox where a copy of the submitted form will be sent to you.
To assist with your request, you will be required to provide the following:
• Document(s) to be translated. Please ensure it is clear and legible (translation only).
• Booking time, duration, and location (interpreting only).
• Assignment brief, including the topic and nature of the appointment (interpreting only).
We may request clarification to ensure accuracy is maintained. Should we find any material discrepancies, we will inform you immediately.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with a quote. If you accept the quote, we will then proceed with your request and complete it within a reasonable time frame.
For translation, we will send you the electronic copy of the translation. Many government agencies accept translations in electronic form for your convenience.
A 'hard copy' of the translation can be mailed to you upon request at extra cost.
