Young Champions for Change (YCC) — Participant Application

Thank you for your interest in How to Be a Changemaker, a Young Champions for Change (YCC) 6-week virtual workshop bringing together young women across the Middle East and North Africa to build leadership, connection, and cross-cultural understanding.


The programme will explore themes such as leadership, communication, cross-cultural understanding, and social impact. Sessions will take place twice a week, with each session lasting approximately 1–2 hours. Full programme details can be found here.

Before you begin, please note:

• This programme is designed for young women connected to the MENA region

• We are not looking for the “most experienced” applicants, but for those who are open-minded, thoughtful, and willing to engage respectfully with others

• We do not expect perfect English; mistakes are completely fine. We are more interested in your ideas, perspective, and personality

• All responses will be kept confidential and used only for participant selection

• Please do not include any information that could put you at risk
