Hi! This survey is about how people in Montreal shop for secondhand and vintage clothing in stores. It takes about 6 to 8 minutes.
Who's running it: An independent founder in Montreal researching an idea for a thrift-store app. This is a personal project. No university or store runs or sponsors it.
Voluntary and anonymous: You can skip optional questions and stop at any time. We don't ask for your name, email, or any contact information in this survey.
What we collect: your answers (for example, age range, neighbourhood, and shopping habits) and a code showing which link you came from (for example "instagram"). We use them only to understand thrift shoppers' needs and to decide whether and how to build the app. Results are reported only as totals, never individually.
Where it's stored and for how long: answers are stored with our form provider, Tally, on servers in the European Union (outside Quebec). We keep the anonymous answers for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Optional prize draw: at the end, you can enter a draw for one of two $25 gift cards to a Montreal thrift store using a separate form. Entering is optional. To enter, finish the full survey.
