Purpose: to book and manage your taster class, assess your level, issue your invoice and, if you choose “Yes” above, send you occasional emails with Spanish tips and news. Legal basis: your request and the taster class contract, legal obligations (invoicing) and, for emails, your consent.
Recipients: only the tools I use to run the school (forms, email and video calls). I never sell your data.
Retention: while we are in touch, or until you ask me to delete your data. Invoicing data is kept for the period required by tax law.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to info@spanishmood.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es)
