How we do it: Our starting functionality will include, a Risk Assessment, and an Actions page that tracks the fixes. We will start with archiving unused repo's, artifacts, and VMs. Provide "starting point" pull requests where you have missing tests or other best practices, and correct drift around policies, and dependencies.
Results: Improve efficiencies in your code, and pipeline deployments, through last mile optimization. Reduce the cost of goods sold and make the stack more secure.
