We plan to build a whole new district for our community, in the Beta District (700m from Pristine Bay) with the Duna Tower, Circular Factory, and Beta Building.


Exciting times ahead! We plan to lease/buy up to 35 units in the Duna Tower (https://www.dunaresidences.com/) - if you’re interested in becoming a part of the early adopter community to get a unit, you can sign up now!


It's important for you to complete the form as soon as possible as we will be assigning leases using the timestamp of the transaction of the application.


Even if you do NOT plan to live in Vitalia for a significant part of the year, you should complete this form, as your answers will help us assess the quality of the amenities you'd like to see to consider when spending time at Vitalia City and the demand.

Duna Tower Sign-Up


Please read this information carefully to inform your next answers:

- Vitalia plans to lease / buy up to 35 units in the Duna Tower (https://www.dunaresidences.com/).

- The options range from studios (35sqm) to 2-bedroom apartments (see 3D interactive model here: https://www.dunaresidences.com/3dmodel-tower1).

- Additionally, we plan to use the Beta Building for co-working and co-living, use the robots in the Circular Factory to build cool stuff, have hangouts at the rooftop terrace & infinity pool, get things delivered via drones, and build startups that make death optional (https://intercom.help/prospera-c3520d800849/en/articles/8276694-st-john-s-bay).

- We’ll be offering the first 35 Vitalia residents a min. 3-month renewable lease, at the cheapest possible rate (50% spread between regular prices and the lower price we negotiate with Prospera, expect $800-1.200 per month per room). 

- The lease can flexibly start within 6 months after the Duna building is ready (i.e. expected May-June 2024). Keep in mind, in June is when the low season starts, i.e. the prices for costs of living of the island will decrease substantially compared to January-March 2024.
