BEYAL CAMP and BASE CAMP of the MIGHTY NANGA PARBAT, and experiencing like kabhi pehle nahi kia.
But yeh trip sirf manzilon ka nahi—yeh yadoon ka safar hy. The kind of moments you don’t post but feel. Doston ke saath bonfire ke paas baithna, thandi hawa mein khamoshi enjoy karna, aur woh lamhay jo dil mein reh jaate hain. Thora sukoon, thori masti, aur bohot si surprise activities—yeh hai asli GAC style ka adventure. ✨🏞️
DAY 0 - The Midnight Launch
We disappear from GIKI at sharp 11:00 pm. The coasters hum. Bags are piled, snacks are passed around, and someone’s already blasting a playlist. There’s a strange electricity in the air — the kind that tells you something unforgettable is just around the corner.
~Goodbye deadlines, hello daydreams.
DAY 1 - Mountains Incoming
A full day of pure travel vibes. We pass through winding valleys, sleepy villages, and rivers that look like they’ve never seen noise. Somewhere along the road, we stop for a proper GAC-style lunch — warm, refreshing, just what’s needed. By evening, we hit RAIKOT BRIDGE, and settle into our night stay at the iconic RAIKOT SIRAI HOTEL . Chai in the cool mountain air, dinner with stories, and the sky above buzzing with stars.
~This is where the real anticipation kicks in.
Strap in — the real adventure begins. We switch to jeeps and brace ourselves for one of the most thrilling rides of our lives. Dust, wind, cliffs, and views that look photoshopped. Then comes the TREK— slow, steady, and absolutely magical. With every step, the forest gets quieter and the air crisper. By noon, we arrive at FAIRY MEADOWS— and it hits us. This place isn’t real. We check into the best wooden cabins in the region — warm beds, hot water, and a view of the mighty NANGA PARBAT right outside your window.
~Silence, goosebumps, and disbelief.
DAY 3- Art, Chill, & Soul Sync
This one’s for the heart. A day to breathe. To sketch, to journal, to sip chai with mountains in your face. Wander through the fields, have deep talks on wooden decks, GAC's surprise activities, or just lie down and let the moment sink in. Group painting sessions, storytelling, photography, and pure GAC bonding.
~Yahan waqt guzarta nhi... yahan waqt rukta hai.
Time to go deeper. We begin our trek to BEYAL CAMP, walking through pine forests and rocky paths with the mighty NANGA PARBAT following us like a silent guardian. For the bold ones, NANGA PARBAT BASE CAMP is open — a long, daring climb that rewards you with a view that stays in your soul forever. We head back to Fairy Meadows by sunset, sore and smiling, and end the night around a massive bonfire — music, laughter.
~And the bittersweet joy of something truly special coming to an end.
The last morning. One final glance at the snowy peaks. One last breakfast under the open sky. And then we begin our journey back — quieter than we came, but with hearts full of moments no camera could capture. This isn’t just a return; it’s a recharge.
