Is your process management a growth booster… or a brake on your business?

Everything is well documented and easily accessible.

Mostly yes, but there are some grey areas.

We’re more in “ask Paul, he probably knows” mode 😅

We have a base, but it’s not always up to date and rarely consulted.

Each process is clear, instantly updated, and visible to everyone.

Everyone has their own processes and files stored in a personal drive.  

We have a few tools, but they’re not really used properly.

Yes, but I prep everything a month in advance — and the week after I come back is brutal.

I could leave for 3 weeks with zero issues! In fact… 😏
