Partnership Lead

We are looking for a Partnerships Lead based in Dubai to help us scale our go-to-market strategy through strategic alliances and high-impact partnerships. If you are entrepreneurial, strong in sales, and excited about building from the ground up – this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
• Build and execute OCTA’s GTM plan through partnerships
• Identify, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities that drive customer acquisition and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with product, and marketing teams to launch and grow partner-led initiatives.
• Develop a repeatable playbook for partnership-driven growth.
• Represent OCTA at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem meetups.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of consulting experience (top-tier firm or strategy-focused)
• Strong commercial acumen with proven sales and business development skills.
• Ability to build senior-level relationships and turn them into scalable revenue opportunities.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
• Based in Dubai with a strong understanding of the Middle East B2B landscape.
