FoodLab Shared Kitchen Application Form

Thanks for your interest in using our shared commercial kitchen! If you haven't already, please visit our commercial kitchen page and read through it thoroughly, otherwise this won't make a lot of sense!
We love working with passionate food entrepreneurs, chefs, and business owners who share our values: respect for all people, generosity, incredible communication and leaving the kitchen better than it's found.
Our kitchen is a shared space, so it’s important that all users understand this, as well as the costs involved, are respectful of our facilities, and are ready to work within a commercial-grade setup. This short survey will help us understand more about your business and kitchen needs. It should only take 5–10 minutes to complete.
Please note: Due to high demand, we are selective about who we invite to use the kitchen. Completing this form does not guarantee access. We will contact you if your application is successful, and we will invite you to tour our kitchen. We unfortunately do not have the capacity to respond to every enquiry.
