About the Event

Taiyo Day 2025 is an Art and Merch Market that will feature artworks, creations, and products inspired by anything Japanese. This event aims to gather both art patrons and fans of Japanese popular culture.

About Us

Taiyo originally began as a Japanese language learning project. We have facilitated basic and intermediate Japanese language classes since 2017, and our informative and humorous posts related to Japanese language and pop culture have helped us gather over 19,000 Facebook followers. Basic Table Rules

• Bring your own table cover and personalize your spot. • The table display must be within three (3) feet high. • Bring a power bank or portable power source for your devices. • No AI-generated outputsNo plagiarized or stolen works
We welcome both original and fan-made artworks and creations (since the event theme is Japanese pop culture). While there is no limit to the amount of fan art you can exhibit during the event, we still encourage you to showcase your original works as well.

Half Table (PHP3,000) • half of one Lifetime table (3x2.5ft) • one (1) chair • one (1) exhibitor badge

Additional Badge (PHP500) This addon is for Half Table exhibitors only. If the exhibitor is below 18 years old, they must purchase an additional badge for their parent or legal guardian who will accompany them. An additional badge does not guarantee an additional chair.

Payment Options

Note: This update applies to new exhibitor applications from 17 June 2025 onwards.
Partial Payment: Pay half of the fee within seven (7) days after receiving the acceptance email to reserve a table, then pay the remaining balance on or before 20 July 2025. You will lose your reservation if you fail to make payments on time.
Full Payment: Pay the fee in full within seven (7) days after receiving the acceptance email in order to secure your table.

Refund Policy

As stated in our Exhibition Information Sheet, all payments are nonrefundable. We will not issue refunds regardless of the reason behind the request (including, but not limited to, cancellation of exhibition, failure to settle the remaining balance, and inability to participate on either event day or both days). In addition, postponement of the event or changes to the event duration (due to force majeure, instances that qualify as acts of God, local and national security concerns, and other serious factors that may affect the health and safety of exhibitors, attendees, partners, venue personnel, and the organizing team) does not guarantee a partial or full refund. The organizing team prepares for the event by making the necessary arrangements with partners and suppliers in advance, and these arrangements require upfront and nonrefundable payments.

Filling out this Registration Form does not guarantee an exhibition table. We will review the details of your application first within the next three (3) days. You will receive payment instructions via email once we approve your application.
By submitting your application through this form, you understand, and therefore agree to, the terms and conditions the organizing team has set regarding exhibition inclusions, event times, fees, payment options and schedule, prohibitions, and refunds.
