Bali Capital Connect helps bridge the gap between Bali’s top business leaders and active investors looking to buy, finance, franchise, or invest in local businesses.

Our mission is simple: to empower Bali-based enterprises by connecting them with the capital and strategic partners they need to grow.

Managed by United Founders, Bali’s largest network of founders and business leaders - Bali Capital Connect is designed to be a catalyst for smarter investments, stronger businesses, and a more resilient economy across the island. 🚀

How It Works:

1) Start by submitting the form below so we have all the key details needed to post your deal and allow interested investors to reach out to you.

2) Once approved, your listing will be posted to the Bali Capital Connect WhatsApp Group for visibility among active investors, buyers, and business professionals in the Bali ecosystem.

3) Listings will be posted anonymously at first, so you won’t be publicly identified unless you choose to be.

4) Interested parties can message the business directly to request more information. It’s up to the business whether to share details and reveal their identity.

5) From there, it’s up to both parties to take the conversation forward. Bali Capital Connect does not mediate or facilitate deals — all negotiations and due diligence are the responsibility of the participants.

Notes:

- We only accept serious, Bali-based business listings. No land or off-plan property deals.

Short Title Description About Your Business & The Deal

This title will be the first thing people see, so we recommend clearly explaining both your business and the type of deal you're seeking. For example: - Co-Working Space Looking to Franchise
- Well-Known Italian Restaurant Looking to Sell
- Fast-Growing Pool Business Seeking Investment
- Coffee Company Seeking Working Capital Loan

Short Description About The Deal Itself

Following on from the Title Description, this will be where you can share the specific details about the deal your looking to make. For example: - USD 250k for 17.5% (Investment) - USD 100K working capital loan, 3-year term at 18% interest (Financing) - USD 4.5 Million, includes equipment and leasehold (M&A) - Initial fee of USD 50K + 5% royalty on revenue (Franchising) Note: If you need advice on Business Valuations read here.

Is there a Minimum Ticket Size for this Deal?

Setting a minimum ticket size helps investors clearly understand the investment commitment you're looking for. It also helps you attract the right type of investors — whether you're aiming for a few larger commitments, many smaller ones, or a mix of both. For example:
- Minimum ticket size: USD 5K
- Typical ticket range: USD 100K–500K depending on investor interest
- Preference for a single investor, if possible Note: A smaller minimum ticket size usually attracts more investors - but the tradeoff is more paperwork and more people to manage.

Longer Description About The Business Deal

In one paragraph, describe your business and the opportunity while keeping your identity anonymous. Focus on what makes your business exciting and why you’re offering this deal. Here's what you might include:

- What your business does and what makes it special
- Key traction: revenue, growth, customers, or milestones
- What you’re looking for (investment, loan, buyer, partner)
- Why now and what the opportunity offers to the right person
EXAMPLE:

We operate a profitable wellness-focused F&B brand with multiple outlets in Bali and a strong, loyal customer base. After four years of steady growth and streamlined operations, we’re ready to expand. We’re seeking an investor to support the opening of three new locations in 2025. In return, we’re offering equity and are particularly interested in partners with experience in hospitality or brand growth. This is a high-margin, scalable business with strong market fit and significant upside.

Step 4: Key Details Based on Trailing 12 Months (TTM)

While you don’t need to fill in every detail, and some deal types may not require all fields the more information you provide, the more likely you are to attract serious interest. So give it your best shot! Now for startups or projects that haven’t yet reached break-even and who obviously can't show trailing 12-months of revenue, we recommend saying the following: - Revenue: “Pre-revenue” or even better “Projected $X in the next 12 months” - Profit: “Not yet profitable” or even better “Break-even expected by Q[X] [20XX]”

This helps keep things clear, realistic, and investor-friendly. And remember while these details will be shared publicly, your name and your company’s name will remain private until you choose to disclose them to interested parties!
