Product Designer

About the role

Qapital is looking for a Product Designer to join our team. When you join Qapital, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic fintech environment where you are encouraged to voice your opinions and take part in the decision-making.This role will involve working on a wide range of features, such as Save, Invest, and Spend, for both B2C and B2B2C models. As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the user experience across various customer segments.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with your cross-functional team to create high-quality design solutions

• Drive projects across the entire product lifecycle, both autonomously and collaboratively

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts

• Apply UX principles to solve problems and ship solutions

• Regularly participate in design reviews and share your work with design and company leadership

• Work closely with other designers to maintain and improve our design system
What we're looking for in you
• 3+ years of professional Product Design experience
• Extensive knowledge of concept creation and digital product innovation for mobile apps
• A solid understanding of user research and prototyping methodologies
• An instinctive commitment to solving, communicating and discussing complex interaction systems
• Proficient in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication skills
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Collaborative and open-minded attitude
• Experience working with financial products is a plus
• Experience in managing a design system is a plus

Estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
