1:1 Mentorship Application

I like that you're interested in 1:1 mentorship ☺️

Mentorship containers with me take lots of different forms. They are bespoke - custom designed for your needs & desires. This is your playground, with my support and guidance.


Practically they include, coaching, mentorship, ritual, somatic attunement & embodiment practices, and often, the simple goodness of having a great friend on standby.

Most of all, 1:1 mentorship orients you to your own inner knowing & soul compass. 

We will most certainly work through the lenses of feminine & soul initiation as well as create sustainable internal coherence & safety through nourishment & attending to your most tender parts & challenging inner conflicts. 

Our work will tend to womb, soma (body), emotion, mind/cognition, soul & great spirit.

1:1 work is transformational and rooted in cyclical seasonal perspective. To honor the depth of this work and stay in integrity with the cycle, I work in containers that are a minimum of one season+ (4 months). In some occasions with new clients, I offer an introductory 5 meeting container.
