Community Reference Desk programs take place at public libraries throughout the District and are 2 hours long each. Volunteers will be paired with JusticeAccess staff for community programs.
The Virtual Reference Desk is online and work can be done from any location with an adequate internet connection and the ability to have private conversations. Shifts are 2 hours long. Volunteers will work alone, but JusticeAccess staff will usually be available as backup.
We can always use additional support for some of our operational activities. These projects may include marketing, graphic design, fundraising, web development, database administration, or more.
