This survey will take approximately 5 minutes. Your upcoming scheduled user interview will take approximately 45 min - 1 hour. You are welcome to leave or stop participating in the user interview at any time should you no longer wish to continue. During this session we will walk you through our platform/digital experience, ask you some questions, and get your feedback.
Any personal information collected on your registration form and in this session are necessary for the proper administration of this session. Any personal information shared in this session is kept strictly private and confidential. On any reports shared with the public, your name will not be disclosed in association with the insights you provide during this session. With your consent, we plan to record the insights from your session. The recordings will be used only for the purpose of this research.
