MileHiCon 57 Exhibitor Application

This application is a request for space in our Authors Row/Co-Op or Vendors Room areas. If you are looking to apply for the Art Show, please submit a separate Art Show Application.

We have a limited amount of space and use a juried selection process to choose among the applications received. Both areas will be smaller in the new hotel, so submit your applications early. Submitting this application is not a guarantee of selection.

Submitting this application indicates your agreement to abide by all applicable hotel, convention & exhibitor area rules.

Please Review our Convention Code of Conduct. Rules specific to the exhibitor area(s) you are applying to will be displayed later in this application.

Area Descriptions

Authors Row & Co-Op - Located in the halls outside our main programming areas, authors and publishers can showcase and sell their books to attendees, but not general merchandise. Applications due by June 30th for consideration in the first round of selection. Space fees apply.

Vendors Room - Our marketplace with Vendors from all across the spectrum. With five different space sizes this is a great way to engage with attendees and make your next sale. Wares sold must maintain a PG-13 rating or less and cannot violate copyright laws. Applications due by May 31st for consideration in the first round of selection. Space fees apply.
