On-site internships are superior because they offer hands-on learning and real-time collaboration in a professional setting. Being in the office allows you to learn directly from experienced mentors, build projects alongside your team, and quickly resolve any issues that arise. This immersive experience fosters a deeper understanding of the work, accelerates skill development, and builds strong professional relationships.
However, please note that we are a very small startup, so don't expect a big building or a room with 24/7 AC—we are currently working out of a garage but you will still gain valuable experience.
