A custom spreadsheet report is something you can build yourself using formulas. It is powered by different Hops to give you the overview that you need. When you want to drill down into the details, you can refer to the sheets the Hops are running on.
An example of a custom spreadsheet report is our
30 Day Sales and Marketing Report. This is also a template you can use for your own store; simply make a copy and run the same Hops for your store onto the respective sheets. You can tweak it to your preference.

A custom automation is a Hop that we build for you. It pulls the exact metrics you want, in the order you want them. You can combine metrics from different data platforms, or have a specialized analysis from one platform.

Looker has a native integration with Google Sheets, so you can easily set up a Looker dashboard with data from a spreadsheet powered by Airboxr that runs on schedule.
