Merchant Room Applications

Thank you for your interest in the Merchant Room at When Words Collide. We welcome applications from writing organizations, book sellers, community writing groups, small businesses with merchandise of interest to writers and agents. Sorry, we do not accept individual authors for tables. If you are an author looking to sell your books, please go back and complete the application for Author Alley instead.

EXHIBITOR FEE: $150 (all 3 days included).
ADDITIONAL PERKS: Your merchant room registration comes with ONE complimentary festival pass per vendor registration (regardless of number of tables booked). If you would like to purchase additional festival passes for friends, colleagues or volunteers you will be able to do so at a discounted rate.
A pass is not required to enter the merchant room, but will be required to attend sessions/events. More details will be available if selected for the Merchant Room.
