Single Adventist Of The Week (SAOTW) - Features

What is SAOTW?
On a weekly basis, a UK-based Seventh-day Adventist will be featured on the @saotw_uk Instagram page. This form is to capture the details for the caption. Ideally, you must have an Instagram account to use this form; however, if you would prefer to be reached via alternative means then the caption can be adjusted to reflect this.
Please ensure that the information you share is honest, accurate, and complete. 
The form is intended to be a snapshot of who you are to encourage interested parties to get in touch with you. Please be kind and respectful to anyone that chooses to get in touch. 
How does it work?
1. You complete the form. 
2. For grid posts, the information from Section 3 only goes into ChatGPT to create a caption [alternatively you may wish to provide your own caption]. This is not relevant if you do not want your post to be featured on the grid.
3. Your post is scheduled for the next available date and you are advised accordingly [you choose where it's visible on stories only or on the grid too]
4. Interested parties get in touch, note the following:
-> Stories = the post will disappear after 24hours
-> Stories + Grid = it's advisable to have your post on the page for at least 6 months or until you get into a relationship (whichever is sooner)
5. Your post remains on the page until you advise otherwise.
As the page is in its infancy, results may vary. It's always a good idea to let people know that you're single and ready to mingle so I really hope that you find someone.
What if I want my post to be amended or removed?
At any point you may request that your post is removed or the caption is updated to reflect new or additional information by sending a DM to @saotw_uk. 
For example: 
- "no longer accepting DMs" (if you're talking to one person exclusively and wish to signal that you're not open to new connections)
- "now open to long distance across Europe" if your position on this has changed (please note that whilst those posted have to be UK-based, the page is public and as such you may receive DMs from people based outside of the UK)

This form has four sections and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. The current minimum age is 21.
