The is an exclusive outdoor tasting experience celebrating small-batch brews, boutique wines, and gourmet food under the stars. This curated evening invites guests to sip and savor their way through a handpicked selection of regional craft breweries and independent winemakers. Enjoy live music, artisan vendors, and delicious pairings from top local food purveyors—all in a relaxed, open-air atmosphere.

Saturday, October 11, 2025 5pm-8pm Outdoors at Veterans Community Park 100 Calais Road Randolph, NJ 07869

There is space for 20 vendor participants, and spots are available by invitation on a first come, first serve basis (completed registration form and online payment guarantees your space). Food vendor fees are $200 and retail is $150.

Upon submitting this inquiry, you will be informed within two weeks if you meet the criteria of the event and are approved. If so, you will receive an invitation to register and secure your spot.

To be considered, all vendors must prominently incorporate an elegant gourmet theme with autumn vibes. No tie-in to the theme means no consideration of your application. We will set the scene with a beautiful pavilion highlighting all the beer and wine vendors and set up a perimeter of vendor tents and a stage, featuring gathering spaces in the center under twinkle lights.
