Session Details

Paint with visionary artist Elaine Wong in her Intentional Intuitive Painting Playshop. A guided yet freeing art experience to reconnect with your intuition and express from within.

WHAT IS INTUITIVE PAINTING

A process of blending intention and intuition, you set an intention, then let your inner guidance lead the painting. No techniques, no rules. We will just be present with color and flow. Each playshop explores new themes and materials (acrylics, watercolors, gouache, markers, etc.), keeping every session fresh and uniquely yours.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Gentle prompts and visualizations help you access your inner voice. Your painting unfolds through intuition - revealing symbols, feelings, or insights along the way.

You’ll leave with a finished piece that carries the energy of your journey, a personal touchstone for reflection.

Yin - Yang - Equilibrium. This is a reflective art session centered on the merging of opposites, inviting you to explore harmony within contrast. This journey unfolds as you express the subtle balance between light and dark, stillness and movement, finding a deeper sense of unity through your creative flow.

Lotus Contemplation - an intuitive painting process to connect & paint the lotus and explore insights & wisdom transmitted by the lotus. I invite you to connect with the lotus as a symbol of growth and self-discovery. Together, we explore themes of resilience and emergence through gentle, intentional painting, letting your art reflect the unfolding of your own inner journey.

These sessions offer strength-based, hope-filled art practices but do not provide therapeutic intervention. Therapy involves working with a licensed professional to address personal challenges. If you require emotional or mental health support, we encourage you to seek out a qualified therapist before participating. ✅Therapeutic Benefits: While not therapy, painting can be deeply therapeutic. Participants may find personal meaning, release, or joy during the session. Each person’s experience is unique—one may explore visions, another may focus on play and spontaneity.

✅ Health considerations: If you are feeling unwell or recovering from an illness, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending.

✅Punctuality: Please be mindful that sessions will proceed as scheduled, even if unforeseen delays or traffic impact your arrival time.

✅Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Failure to provide notice will result in the session being marked as absent, with no replacement provided.

✅Payment & Cancellations: All sessions are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person if needed. Your spot is confirmed only after full payment is completed. If you wish to transfer your spot, please notify us as early as possible.

✅Photo Consent: We may take photos during the workshop for promotional use. If you prefer to keep your attendance private, please inform us, and we will ensure your privacy.
