Senior Media Buyer – Facebook Ads & Google Ads (E-commerce)

We’re a performance-driven marketing agency scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer.

This role is only for battle-tested, senior media buyers with 5+ years of experience in eCommerce paid ads.

What You’ll Do


- Manage our agency's eCommerce clients with aggressive growth targets.

- Take full ownership of Meta Ads, with some clients also requiring Google Ads management.

- Plan campaigns with clients, set budgets, track KPIs (ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, etc.), and deliver transparent reporting.

- Execute daily in-platform ads optimizations.

- Work hand-in-hand with the creative team: provide feedback loops, ad iterations, and testing strategies to maximize performance.

- Advise clients and internal teams on ad strategy, next steps, and growth opportunities.

- Lead all ad-related communication via Slack and calls, ensuring clients feel supported and understood.

- Support clients with offer creation and optimisation.

- Deliver clear performance reviews and proactive suggestions.

What We’re Looking For


- Proven track record managing Meta Ads for eCommerce brands (Google Ads & TikTok Ads is a plus).

- 5+ years of experience in both hands-on campaign management and client-facing communication.

- Strong background in agency account management (reporting, performance calls, creative reviews).

- Shopify proficiency: you understand the platform and its nuances.

- Tracking expertise: UTMs, attribution, third-party tools, data-driven decision-making.

- Google Sheets proficiency for reporting and performance analysis.

- Fluent in English (written & spoken), confident on client calls.

- Preferably based in Europe for time zone alignment, but flexible globally.

- Stress-ready & proactive mindset: you thrive under pressure and push for results without being micromanaged.

- Global mindset: our clients are in the US, UK, EU, Asia, and Australia. Expect time zone variety (but never night shifts).

Section 2: Campaign Ownership & Problem-Solving

Describe a Meta campaign that was underperforming. What specific metrics told you something was wrong, what did you investigate, and what actions did you take? What was the outcome?

You launch a new campaign for a client. After 3 days, CPAs are 60% higher than target and the client is panicking. Walk us through your exact process for diagnosing and responding.

Tell us about a time you disagreed with a client about campaign strategy or creative direction. How did you handle it and what happened?

Section 3: Technical Expertise

A DTC e-commerce client (selling $80 AOV products) wants to scale from $50K/month to $150K/month in Meta ad spend. What's your approach? What metrics do you watch? What are the main risks?

Explain your creative testing framework for Meta. How do you structure tests, how much budget do you allocate, and how quickly do you make decisions?

A client is obsessed with CTR and wants you to optimize for clicks. But you know CPA is what matters. How do you handle this?
