The Purpose Driven Coffee community is what makes the events so special. Building a committed team of volunteers is essential for creating an incredible experience for all attendees in all our locations.

Day of Event Volunteer Opportunities

Community Champion (1); Oversees all volunteers, keeps schedules on track, & supports a seamless event experience.

A/V Specialist (1); Manages microphones, music, slide deck, & tech support for a smooth event.

Supplies Handler (1); Manages & organizes name badges, lanyards, & ribbons for easy setup.

Greeters (2-4); Welcomes all attendees warmly and helps direct traffic at the entrance.

Registration Table (2); Handles check-in, badge distribution, and attendee questions.

7:27 Wranglers (2-3); Guides attendees to find their seats for the event.

End-of-Event Badge Collectors (2); Collects name badges and lanyards as attendees leave.

Summarizer (1); Records key points from the speaker and host to prepare a recap for LinkedIn.

Guest Speaker Concierge (1); Greet the guest speaker, connect them with the host, assist with last-minute needs (including coffee), and ensure they feel welcome and connected.
