Community Partnership Associate

Overview

YieldNest Finance is looking for a passionate Community Partnerships Associate to reach out and foster various partnerships with Discord communities. If you are passionate about DeFi, blockchain, and community building, and you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.

Salary: $500 - $600/month

Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Candidate Requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

1. 2+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of DeFi and blockchain technology.

3. Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships within the crypto community.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and other community platforms.

Job Responsibilities

1. Reach out to various communities on Discord to create and foster partnerships.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key community leaders and influencers in the DeFi and blockchain space.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with company goals.

4. Act as a liaison between YieldNest and the community, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

5. Organize and participate in community events, webinars, and AMAs to promote YieldNest.

6. Gather and report community feedback to help guide product development and improvements.
