Strategy & Planning Manager @ Growth Stage Health & Wellness SaaS (Remote in Canada)
We're recruiting on behalf of a Canadian
SaaS for health & wellness practitioners. The team is looking to bring on a
Strategy & Planning Manager
to support the CMO and Marketing function.
About the role:
- Work directly with the CMO (ex-Stripe / Gusto / Motive) to lead marketing planning and forecasting with leadership, finance, and sales
- Build a scalable operating rhythm by sourcing/validating data, defining KPIs, and creating reporting and measurement frameworks across GTM
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve funnel performance and key metrics (conversion, LTV, CAC, deal size)
Ideal Candidate:
2-5
years of experience, with a top tier consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, Bain). Marketing experience is a plus.
