Course Extension Form

All courses at Kube College have a specified duration agreed at the time of enrolment. For details of your course timeframe, please refer to your welcome email and/or assessment plan. If you do not complete your course within this period, your enrolment will expire. If you require additional time to complete your course, you can apply for an extension by completing this form Please ensure you submit your extension request before your current enrolment expires to avoid any interruption to your studies.
