Fifty Two For You is a digital storytelling service that enables users ("Writers") to submit weekly responses to life-themed questions. These responses are sent to designated recipients ("Receivers") and optionally compiled into a digital or printed keepsake at the end of the 52-week period
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
3. User Responsibilities
Writers are solely responsible for the content of their submissions.
Receivers agree to receive weekly emails for the duration of the Service.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content submitted by users remain the property of the writer. By submitting content, you grant Fifty Two For You a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, format, and distribute it to the chosen recipient as part of the Service.
The platform design, branding, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Fifty Two For You and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Optional upgrades (e.g., printed books, chatbot legacy version) may incur additional charges.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Delivery and Timing
Questions are sent weekly by email.
Final books or digital compilations will be delivered at the end of the 52-week cycle
Users are responsible for meeting response deadlines if they wish to receive a complete final compilation.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without liability. Where possible, advance notice will be provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fifty Two For You is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. We do not guarantee emotional outcomes or relationships between users.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
