We generally do not deliver to certain countries outside our region due to high courier costs as well as increased occurrences of delayed, damaged or lost parcels.
That being said, we understand that some books are hard to find. We can make exceptions to deliver to countries not listed on our website. However please note the following:
1) Delivery will only be by Fed-Ex. We will check and inform you of the costs involved after we weigh the books you'd like to purchase.
2) You will be responsible for any applicable taxes and duties, in addition to the purchase price of the goods and courier costs. Payment will be through our website (we will send you a customised link). All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
3) Wardah Books will not be liable for any incidents related to the parcel and its contents (ie. delayed, damaged, lost, taken by customs etc) once it leaves our store. We will pack your books with care and provide you the tracking link. However, please note that the dispatch of your parcel is at your own risk. Please be aware that international orders may face delays due to customs clearance procedures.
4) We do not offer returns or refunds unless made physically at our store in Singapore.
