Once submitted, our team will review your information, verify your credentials, and contact you to finalize your Dispatch Carrier Agreement. You’ll then be ready to start working with JackRick Consulting.
What You’ll Need:
Company info (MC, DOT, EIN, contact info)
Truck and trailer details
Insurance and authority documents (W-9, COI, MC Letter)
Factoring info, if applicable
Important Notes:
Dispatch rate: 10% per load (box trucks), 10% per load (semi trucks)
Payments invoiced every Friday
30-day notice is required to terminate
