We appreciate at least a 2 week notice for custom work, but at times more popular dates can book months in advance. Last minute simple orders or cupcake orders may be accommodated if we have an opening so don't hesitate to fill out form.

Alternatively you may visit in person to discuss designs and we will fill out the form for you, HOWEVER we do not offer on the spot pricing for custom orders so we will need to email you back with a quote. Budget - Custom cakes & custom cupcakes can be made with a simple design or high labor detailed design. We need a general idea of what your price range is so we can review design, servings needed and budget to offer you a suitable quote that meets your criteria.

Base pricing on custom 2 layer cakes starts at $60. Tiered (multiple cakes stacked similar to wedding cake) starts at $150. Custom designed cupcakes start at $36/dozen with a one dozen minimum. Base pricing is a starting point for CUSTOM work on a scratch made cake, which requires additional labor and/or specialty ingredients and elements. We do not use box mix, commercial mix or pre-made low quality bucket icing.

We are happy to use a photo as inspiration but please note that every cake artist has a different style and we can't copy someones exact work so it will be our spin on the design.

How many servings do you need?

If you'd to have leftovers or 2nd servings, please add that to total number. We quote as close to number indicated as possible. For example if you have 10 guests but want to have 5 extra pieces to send home with guests then indicate 15 servings. Cupcakes are sold by dozen so if you have 20 guests then round up to 24.

Do you have a theme and/or color scheme for this event?

Provide a description on how you would like this cake or cupcakes decorated. If you are unsure and want us to make suggestions based off your theme we can do that but please leave some basic idea of what you are looking for so we have a starting point.

Examples of all scratch made Icing: Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate, Almond, Coconut, Cream Cheese, Strawberry, Raspberry, Chocolate Ganache, Fresh Whipped Cream (this is NOT pre-made artificial whipped icing like the grocery store. It is REAL whipped cream so it can only be white and requires refrigeration)

Examples: Fresh fruit, Ganache, Fruit fillings, Oreos, Sprinkles, etc.

(While we will make every attempt to accommodate your request we do not claim or guarantee no cross contamination. We are NOT a dedicated allergen free kitchen designed for those with life threatening allergies. By purchasing you understand the possibility of cross contamination from a facility that also processes: wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts AND you assume all risk for yourself and agree to inform your guests. Please discuss this further with us before purchasing if you have any concerns)

I agree to terms of transportation for pick-up.

Cakes & Cupcakes need a stable LEVEL surface to be transported on. Back of SUV or floor of car is appropriate. Angled seats and laps will increase risk of damage but if no other choice, use a rolled towel to create a level surface to avoid cake sliding. Cakes should be transported while they are chilled to help with stability and never left in vehicle or in sun. Do not stack boxes. Be sure to secured box so that it doesn't slide and take care not to brake abruptly. Once cake has left our building we are not responsible for damage.
