Thank you for taking the time to fill out these Insights. Your journey is made up of lots of little steps, and sometimes we take a few steps forward and then a step back, but we keep going. I'm here to support you all the way. You've taken the first step, which is the hardest, so I'm proud of you! π
Initially there will be Insights everyday for you to fill out, and you will be working on making small changes in your life that you feel will align you to living the best life you possibly can. These changes take time to take effect but if we work on them regularly, especially the first weeks that can make a big difference to whether a habit will then form and therefore more likely to get permanent change. The Insights will be less each week, but I will be still here to support you all the way. π

Your answers on your Insights forms are for you and are only shared with me, as your mentor in this membership. They are kept confidential and not shared with anyone in the membership or outside the membership. It is only what you choose to share in fb group posts and comments. I am not a counsellor and if you are in need of any urgent help, please contact Lifeline or another mental health support system. Please decide what time of the day you are going to check in with your Insights in Her Next Chapter. Make it part of your routine each day, like brushing your teeth etc. It's only 5-15 mins each day for YOU! It may not always be morning if you choose morning, as sometimes things can go sideways on some days, but try to stick to your routine if you can.
Put a daily reminder in your calendar on your phone with an alarm that tells you to do Her First Chapter Insights, so that you prioritise yourself for a few minutes each day. You deserve it.
