We're recruiting a Head of Growth on behalf of Transformco- a large privately-held integrated retail & services company, backed by billionaire investor Eddie Lampert (ESL Investments). The role will lead all consumer growth at a key portfolio company.
The ideal candidate has startup operator experience driving D2C demand at a local market level. Strong preference for candidates with experience at marketplace startups.
Do you have experience working for a marketplace startup (DoorDash, Uber, Angi, Thumbtack etc.)?
Do you have experience in the growth function of a startup (growth hacking, partnerships, community activations etc.)?
