• All aspects of client servicing, including on-boarding of clients and regular follow-up to understand their queries and issues.
• Act as an Account Manager and reach out to the client three months in advance before the renewal
• Seek, process, and execute client requests and product orders
• Answer queries regarding products/ services and processes and resolve them. Redirect the queries to the content or business development team for critical queries.
• Assist clients in using the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched
• Maintain trackers and reports for client interaction, product/ service usage, etc.
