Exquisite Astore-Ultimate Trip

Tentative Itinerary

Day 0 •Gather at the rendezvous point at 8pm. •Name tagging, loading, waiver collection and sorting out payments.

•Departure at 9pm. -Immense fun on the road with several ice-breaking activities!!- Day 1

•Short stay at Bhera or equivalent rest area at 12am.

•Arrival and pickup at Islamabad at 3am

•Breakfast at Besham or Kiwai at 8am. (depending on convenience)

•Stopovers on the way for photography and sightseeing.

•Reach Chillas or Naran and hotel check-in.

•Dinner at 8.30pm onwards. -Have a nice cup of coffee and Gup Shup at the breezy rooftop!-

Day 2 

•A nice breakfast at the hotel at 8am sharp.

•Leave for Astore Valley at 9am sharp.

•Visit Nanga Parbat Viewpoint on the way. •Brief stay at Three Mountain Range Junction for sightseeing and photography.

•Travel towards Allah Wali Lake!

•Lunch break at a local dhaba. •Experience the spectacular views of the fields and Nanga Parbat on our way to Rama!! •Premium camping at Rama Meadows deep in the jungle! •Enjoy, socialize and relax the rest of the evening with the group at the campsite.

•Dinner at 9pm followed with jamming sessions under the million stars!! -The night-sky and the Hulla Gulla is not to be missed!!-

Day 3 

•A nice, scrumptious breakfast in the jungle at 9.00am.

*this day would basically be to relax yourselves after the hectic first two days.

•Explore the dense, green meadows, the cool water streams and surroundings with Hussain Chacha. •A picturesque hike towards Rama Lake surrounded by beautiful, high mountains. (Optional) •Gather back at the campsite for the sunset and evening tea.•A barbecue dinner at 9pm.-Chillings afterwards with traditional music and dancing. (A Full Fledged Jungle Experience)!-

Day 4

•A laid-back delicious breakfast in the jungle at 7.00am.

•Departure for Minimarg on jeeps/vans at 8.00am.•A brief stop at Chillum Chowki.•Explore the beautiful Rainbow Lake with its ever-changing colors!•Sightseeing at Domel and Burzil Top.•Experience the most majestic sunset on the way back.•Dinner and Night stay at Astore or surroundings. -Gaming sessions till midnight-

Day 5 •A relaxed breakfast at the hotel at 7.00am.

•Mega Jeep Safari this time for Deosai Plains and Sheosar Lake.•Move towards Bara Pani on jeeps. (if time allows)•Enjoy the beautiful scenery of one of the highest plains in the world!•Light snacking at one of the riverside cabins. •Souvenirs and dry fruit spree at Gini. •Head back towards Chilas after a delightful day.•Dinner at 9pm.

Day 6

•Leave the hotel early at 5am.•Breakfast on the way back at 8pm.•Reach Islamabad in the evening and Lahore in the night. -An emotional farewell to our fellow Fitourers :')-

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

•To reserve a seat, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of registration. •Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation and Refund:

•50% refund of the advance amount if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the departure date. •30% refund of the advance amount if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the departure date. •No refund will be provided if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the departure date.

Trip Delays:

•In the event of political situations, weather conditions, or any other factors leading to a trip delay, the refund policy will remain applicable. No full refunds will be provided.

Leaving the Group:

•No refunds will be made if a member voluntarily leaves the group at any stage of the trip.

Trip Cancellation by the Company:

•The traveling company reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time before or during the trip. •If the trip is canceled before the departure date, a 100% refund will be provided. •If cancellation occurs during the trip, the company will refund all the money except for the costs incurred without taking any profit from the trip.

Policy Compliance:

••It is the responsibility of the customers to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the refund policy before signing up for a trip.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
> Every member must keep his/her original CNIC.
> Fitour is not responsible for any personal injuries and accidents.
> Members must behave ethically towards his/her fellow group members.
> Drugs and weapons are strictly not allowed. > Seats in the bus are not reserved by any one person. Shuffles can be made by the trip organizers. > Due to political situations, weather conditions or any other factors, if a trip is delayed, refund policy shall hold. No full refunds will be given.
> No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the group at any stage of the trip.
> In case of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
> Any person showing symptoms will not be allowed on the bus, so make sure you isolate yourself before the trip.
> Fitour will try to implement preventive SOPs as much as possible. However, Fitour holds no responsibility if someone comes in contact with the virus.
> On trips like these weather, local politics, transport, or a multitude of other factors beyond organizers' control can result in a change of itinerary. It is very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary, team Leaders will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the interests of the whole group.
>Ticket prices are subject to the volatile petrol prices in Pakistan. (Trip cost may change before or during the trip). Client will be asked to pay an additional amount in such a case.
> Though we choose our suppliers very carefully and ensure that they deliver their best for our clients, Fitour will not be held responsible for any problem or issue created solely by any third-party/supplier/vendor without the involvement/consent/permission of Fitour.
> Fitour reserves the right to cancel the trip anytime before/during the trip. In case of cancellation, Fitour has to refund 100% amount (when the trip is canceled before the departure date) or all the money except costs without taking any profit- from the trip (when cancellation happens during the trip)
> I understand that the adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury. I further undertake that neither I nor my heirs or legal representatives shall demand compensation from Fitour for any reason.
NATURAL CALAMITIES:
> Fitour shall not be liable to pay for any damages caused by the aforementioned natural calamities.
> Fitour shall not be liable to pay for the extra costs incurred by the aforementioned natural calamities. Extra costs may be informed of the change of accommodation, change of travel routes, and change of vehicular transport.
> Fitour shall not be liable to refund any amount in case the aforementioned Natural Calamities disrupt the flow of the agreed-upon itinerary.
> Fitour shall not be liable to execute an alternate itinerary in case Natural Calamities disrupt the agreed-upon itinerary.
