This form helps me quickly understand which tools, platforms, and types of digital marketing you’re currently using, as well as where you’d like support or improvement.

Please answer as openly as you can - approximate details are absolutely fine, and there are no “wrong” answers. The more context you share about your current setup and goals, the better I can tailor an effective e‑commerce and digital marketing strategy for your business

Please share an approximate size of your email list and/or SMS contacts (no need for exact numbers – e.g., 'around 10k-20k emails from past customers and leads'). Also mention if you've used SMS marketing before, and any interest in exploring it (e.g., 'We have a decent email list but zero SMS experience – keen to learn how it could boost sales').

Do you have social media in place and do you post regularly?

Please provide as much info as possible, if you have goals, like for example, "I currently post on FB & IG for my business but I would like to eventually outsource this service to ensure I am generating a ROI and to free up my time".

Do you currently use any social media platforms such as Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn?

If so, please list the platforms you are active on and any you plan to focus on or stop using going forward. If you are unsure which platforms are best for your business, you can indicate that here so Ruby Online can note this and explore the most suitable options for you.

Has your business done paid advertising before such as Meta or Google? Please provide as much information as possible

Which content management system (CMS) is your business using? Some popular examples are Shopify, Squarespace, Wix or Wordpress?

If you are using a WordPress website, do you know which theme is currently installed and which primary plugins you are using? Please list the theme name and as many relevant plugins as you can. Please also note whether each subscription is paid or not.

Do you have a folder or spreadsheet where you store all your usernames (logins) for your various online subscriptions (for example, your website and related tools)? If not, could you create one or track one down? This will help streamline (the mutual part of) our onboarding process, especially if you’re using multiple software platforms to manage your online operations.
