Camper must by 3 years old to attend the 3-5 camp & 6 years old to attend the 6-11 camp. Please email Shelley@BelleVieFarm.org if you think your camper would do better in different age group.

Basic Parent/Guardian Information

Please include any other email you would like to receive communications regarding summer camp. We will not be able to add emails after registration is complete. Prior to the start of summer camp, you will receive an Authorized Pick Up Person Form to complete.

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in all activities prepared by WLC, Inc/Welch Holdings, LLC/Belle Vie Farm during the camp(s) selected. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by WLC, Inc/Welch Holdings, LLC/Belle Vie Farm, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless WLC, Inc/Welch Holdings, LLC/Belle Vie Farm and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of participating in selected camp sessions. In case of injury to my child, I hereby waive all claims against WLC, Inc/Welch Holdings, LLC/Belle Vie Farm, including all staff and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for farm activities. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all farm activities.
