Thank you for your interest in participating in the 53rd season of the Watauga County Farmers' Market!
The deadline for new vendors to apply for the 2026 season is December 13, 2025.
*PLEASE NOTE: applications that are received after this deadline may not be considered.
The Watauga County Farmers' Market is a 100% producer only market, meaning all products sold must be produced by the participating individual/business. To meet our residency requirements, applicants must live in Watauga County or one of the counties adjacent to it.
We are especially seeking vendors that offer unique products that are not currently offered in sufficient quantities at our market, including but not limited to Artisan Breads, Jams, Jellies, Dairies, Value Added, Specialty Foods, etc.
Please have all required documentation for your products ready to upload and attach to this form. Include any current paperwork you have, with the understanding that updated forms must be emailed to the Market Director as they become available.
An Application Fee of $25 will be billed and a payment link will be sent via email to all new vendor applicants on December 14, 2025. You may also pay by check and mail to P.O. Box 2654 Boone, NC 28607. Membership dues are $100 (subject to change) and will be collected at the start of the 2025 season for accepted applicants.
Rent for the 2026 season is subject to change, but will be the same as or similar to the rent structure for the 2025 season:
Single Booth: $22/wk.
Single Booth Under Shelter: $26/wk.
Double Booth: $66/wk.
Double Booth Under Shelter: $78/wk.
Food Truck: $56/wk.
We will begin reviewing applications in December. Craft Vendors may receive an invitation to participate in the annual craft jury (held in late January or early February). Applicants will be notified about their acceptance status as soon as possible, but by no later than February 28, 2026.
