I am looking for a LONG-TERM short-form editor to work together LONG TERM (1+ years) on our
Youtube videos.
I want an editor to be able to capture humor, cinematic storytelling, and emotion through edits, on YOUTUBE VIDEOS.
Compensation:
- $250 per video, 1 video per week
- Ability to increase pay, as we grow the channel to higher benchmarks (we can discuss)
I am looking for someone who:
- will edit ON-TIME
- will edit with high attention to detail, making sure music/captions/overlays are precisely well-timed, with no timing or spelling errors.
- have your own creative direction, so
- technically capable, but very intentional with edits like music selection, captions, Broll selection
- is passionate about storytelling, animation, and retention
- Able to create animations
- wants to build the next big channel in the Youtube industry from SCRATCH with me (i'm talking 5+ years vision for our channel).
Recommended Requirements:
- You have edited a LONG-FORM Youtube video that has gotten above 100,000 views
- You are NOT an agency owner (who is outsourcing this work to a team)
- You are NOT looking to become a content creator (I'm looking for someone who wishes to be highly involved long-term going forward)
