We are a small team of around 10 administrators
We develop resources for around 1800 members, all PhDs and PostDocs at ULB in all faculties
We have created dozens of social and scientific activities to make the PhD and PostDoc a better experience!
We operate as an independent organization with monetary and resource backing from ULB
What will I do if I join the team?
This depends on what you want to do. If you are computer savvy or like organizing events, or simply want to brainstorm, all these positions are available.
How much time will it take?
It depends on how much time you want to invest. The minimum is just being active on our (admin exclusive) WhatsApp group and voicing your opinion.
Some examples :
- Web Design requires updating the website (2h/month).
- Round Tables (seminars with Senior Scientists) take around 4h total to prepare and chair.
- Social Events are more demanding, but also more rewarding.
It's all up to you and what you want to do.
