Instructions

1. Please verify all information for the student, including name spelling, before submitting. Type carefully!
2. Nonrefundable application fee: MTNA members $25 per student; nonmembers $50 per student
3. Application form must be submitted by February 7, 2026.
4. Competition-day schedule will be randomly generated.
5. To receive Stickley Competition monetary awards, Winners are required to perform in, and Honorable Mentions are required to attend, the Winners Recital on Sunday, March 8, 2026.
