I confirm I am a principal buyer, licensed agent representing a buyer, or lender, and I am NOT a wholesaler, intermediary, or daisy chain participant

I agree NOT to share, post, or mass distribute any deal information (including social media, email blasts, or group chats). I may only share basic, non-sensitive info (bed/bath, general area, pricing), but NOT the property address or identifying details

If I request to share a property address with a client, I understand that Carly Hill must first receive and approve that client’s Proof of Funds (POF) and entity/LLC info, and Carly agrees not to circumvent my client and will refer them back to me if contacted directly

I understand that all addresses, photos, disclosures, and deal details are confidential and may only be used for my own purchase or direct client evaluation

1. I understand that I am not formally representing the buyer in any transaction and that my involvement is strictly as a referral source for introducing a buyer. I understand that my commission must be built directly into my buyer’s submitted offer, and commission will be paid by Rethink Realty after successful closing. 2.
