The Role
We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll partner with B2B healthcare clients to ensure they realize the full value of No Barrier’s AI medical interpreter — from onboarding through adoption and long-term success.
You will also build the foundation and tools for our Customer Success function. This gives you a chance to shape processes, workflows, and best practices as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned healthcare clients, driving satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Lead onboarding, implementation, and training to ensure successful deployment of No Barrier’s solution.
Monitor client usage and outcomes to identify opportunities for increased impact and adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI Solutions, and Sales to ensure client needs are met.
Capture and communicate client feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
Identify and support account growth opportunities, including renewals and expansions.
Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals and demonstrate measurable value.
Requirements
5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role within B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and communication workflows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Analytical and metrics-driven, with a passion for improving patient and provider experiences.
Advantage: Experience in the language services industry serving healthcare organizations or working with patient-facing teams (e.g., hospitals, clinics, or digital health platforms).
